Made Them Pure is an ongoing cycle in which the body is treated as a structure shaped by containment. The forms hold physio-psychological conditions without naming them. Breakage and repair return as integral principles. The cycle materializes itself in clay, lacquer, paperclay, plaster, plastiline, silicone, wax, drawing and text. Materials are allowed to crack, soften, or require adjustment and they are allowed to change over time. Their instability is part of the work’s logic.
